This dashboard was built on passenger survey data collected from passengers in-transit through the SFO airport. The purpose of this dashboard is to help Airport Management better identify weaknesses in various sections of the airport. The data can be drilled down demographically to find out which responses were from which group of people. This can help navigate through passenger experience and their behavior in order to maximize satisfaction and sales.
Through the use of this survey data, SFO Airport can now have a more detailed understanding of the type of commercial offering its passengers want and clear insight into which factors drive satisfaction & spending.
