Here you can get an overview of the top selling Menu Items, their avg. price and Profit Margin. Furthermore, you can drill-down by hour of the day served and by which employee. The Monthly Trend gives an idea about the Total Sales made on a daily basis, whilst also viewing this by a specific Menu item. The Profit-Margin Scatter Plot is a simple yet insightful view. Some dishes can that cost more and have a higher profit margin may not appear high in the scatter plot. This would mean that Sales for that product needs to be increased and pushed up in the quadrant.
